About

About me

Caitlin Thompson has more than six years of marketing and public relations experience. She started her career in Chicago at a PR firm specializing in franchise development. After three years there, Caitlin moved to Nashville to work for a full service marketing and PR firm. While there, she managed the firm’s largest clients, handling everything from media relations to inbound marketing. Caitlin has written bylined articles, blog posts, website copy, white papers, case studies and other marketing collateral. She has secured articles in publications like the Wall Street Journal, Inc., CNBC, Entrepreneur, Fast Company and more.

Caitlin graduated summa cum laude from Miami University with degrees in journalism and political science. She completed several reporting internships, and her writing has been published in the Cincinnati Enquirer, Washington Examiner and other local newspapers.

Caitlin lives in Nashville with her husband and goldendoodle, Tory. She likes cooking and trying out new restaurants — and running and going to spin class to counteract those hobbies.

Caitlin has the ability to comprehend technical systems and approaches and then translate those concepts to broader audiences without losing accuracy. It’s a rare skill that benefits niche B2B companies tremendously. Additionally, Caitlin is organized and easy to work to with.
